Latest Average Listing Price, Days on Market and Price Reduction for the Clear Lake Area through November 2014. Single Family home prices have again stayed constant but days on market has continued their winter rise as the buyer pool shrinks. Price reductions have increased slightly but not enough to affect the average listing prices.
